The pool and hot tub were great. We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace in the lobby. I really appreciated the friendly advice on local breweries from the staff.

The staff was really friendly! They made check-in effortlessly quick and even helped with pet paperwork, which was a nice touch, something you don’t see everywhere these days. The shuttle service they provided was a lifesaver, the driver on 09/16 went above and beyond for us. Like, really felt welcomed and taken care of during my solo journey!
It wasn’t exactly a bargain though, but for the overall experience, it was tolerable.

Just a decent spot for a brief stop in North Canton. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed directions. If you're sensitive to noise, it might be best to request a quiet room.

The lobby was beautifully decorated and very welcoming, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate. The staff were particularly attentive, assisting with my luggage and providing helpful information about local attractions and amenities.
Softer mattresses would enhance overall comfort for seniors.

welcoming lobby, nice pool, good location
The outdated bathroom and noisy A/C made it hard to enjoy the stay. Wi-Fi issues need resolution—can’t believe a hotel can't get that right!!!

Loved the convenient shuttle service and the amazing staff who truly went above and beyond! The friendly vibes everywhere made my stay delightful.
But let’s talk about the shower—more water on the floor than in the tub! I half expected to start fishing for my socks!

The location was perfect for our family trip, making it easy to visit nearby attractions such as the Hoover Historical Center and The Strip for shopping. The outdoor patio area was a delightful space for the kids to relax, and the lobby had a friendly atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. While there were some issues with the bathroom fixtures and noise from the A/C, overall, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the close proximity to everything we wanted to see.

Nice stay, creepy vibes
The hotel was chill and clean, which I really appreciated! Had a great time in the bar area with drinks. But, for real, we felt like we were being stalked by another guest, kinda weird! The walls are super thin, so you can hear everything next door. Not sure if I'd come back, tho.

missingWrote a review on May 07peeling bathtub
The wallpaper in the room sported some unsightly bubbles that didn't quite scream luxury, given the hotel’s claim of being a 5-star property. The bathtub had been painted with peeling areas, which made it impossible for me to take a bath comfortably. Also, breakfast at $12 didn’t deliver enough quality to justify the price, especially when coffee was only served in the lobby during those hours.
